Important update regarding the NHS Wales reforms to general dental services, April 1st 2026.

Henry Schein One currently supports two dental practice management systems in Wales and the UK: EXACT – our legacy, on premise solution (server based), and Dentally, our next-generation cloud software.  

With the scale of the NHS Wales Reforms and the timeframe to implement them, it is only feasible to implement these changes into one system; we believe in the future of cloud technology, and so we’ve made the decision to implement these reforms exclusively in Dentally.  

Supporting practices: Start with no upfront costs

We understand that switching software can feel like a big investment, and we want to make this transition as accessible as possible.

To support practices affected by the NHS Wales reforms, we’re offering Dentally with zero upfront charges for those who sign up before 31st December 2025 (terms apply). This means you can secure our cloud-based PMS without the financial barrier that often comes with major software changes.
