Asking Questions with Chat or Voice
To get the best responses from EXACT Assist, ask your questions as you would with a member of our support team.
✅ Be precise: Include the details that matter. For example, if you’re after help with a refund, let us know if the payment was made online or via an integrated payment terminal to get the most accurate answer.
✅ Rephrase if needed: If the first response doesn’t fully answer your query, try rewording it.
✅ Provide context: “I’ve accidentally processed a payment twice, how can I refund one of the payments?” will get you a clearer response than “I need help with my payments.”
AI Support Over the Phone
We’re trialling voice support through EXACT Assist, so when you call our Support via phone, you may find yourself interacting with our AI assistant by speaking directly to it.
EXACT Assist understands context and conversational language, so you don’t need to speak in specific phrases. Simply explain your query as you would naturally:
💬 “Hey, I’m looking for a list of patients that haven’t had an appointment in the last 6 months…”
rather than
💬 “Patient list.”
When you ask a question, EXACT Assist will take a moment to process your request before responding. Responses are given in short, clear steps so you won’t be overloaded with information.
You can:
- Interrupt to add context or change your question.
- Ask it to wait if you need to stop and deal with a patient.
- Rephrase your query if the first answer isn’t quite right.
And of course, if you’d prefer to speak with a member of our Support team, you can simply ask, and your call will be transferred to a human agent.
