Improvements

Updates and changes:

🔗 Online Booking links sent to patients for planned treatment will now send to the patients’ mobile number when SMS Mobile is ticked, not their home number, even if SMS Home is ticked.

💱 A new prompt offering users the option to allocate the payor adjustments automatically:

✔️ Selecting Yes will allocate the adjustment to the oldest open credit amount.

❌ Selecting No will leave the adjustment unallocated.

🔐 Cloud Authentication is enabled by default.

⚠️ Users without this option already switched on, will be prompted to create a new secure password when logging in to EXACT for the first time after upgrading.

🔐 A warning prompt will now appear when users do not have a valid Cloud Authentication token, preventing integrated payments connection from failing due to token issues.

📄 Debtors List Report Updates:

A provider column has been added to highlight accounts where there is a mixed provider balance.

📱 The ‘Home phone’ and ‘Work phone’ columns have been replaced by a ‘Mobile column’.

🌐 The Online Booking colour scheme picker has been removed from the Practice Information setup. This functionality was deprecated during the transition to the new Online Booking functionality.
