The more details you provide, the better the answer, vague questions can lead to basic or incomplete answers. 

Instead of asking, "How do I update a provider number?" be specific and ask, "How do I update a provider's NHS number?" This improves EXACT Assist's ability to understand exactly what you need so it can provide the best answer the first time around.

However, it’s worth keeping your questions refined and to the point as this will help keep the focus on answering your specific question.

It’s good to keep in mind that EXACT Assist is programmed to help you but won’t always know the intricacies of the dental industry; however, it’s always learning and improving, so the more you ask the better it will get!
